Classes
New Hope offers a variety of classes and activities on a quarterly schedule, with most courses running 6 to 12 weeks. These include physical, creative, and social programs that support wellness and community connection.
Membership Information
An annual membership is required to access all Day Programming and to register for classes. Beginning in January, membership costs $12 per year.

On Mondays and Wednesdays, no registration is required; these days operate strictly on a drop‑in basis for members. Participants enjoy a homemade three‑course lunch, plus exercise and social activities, all at a modest fee. Transportation is available for NDG residents who need it. Once a month, the program features a free “Wild Wednesday,” with a special afternoon activity after lunch.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays we offer a dynamic selection of physical and artistic courses. These sessions run for 4 to 6 weeks or 6 to 12 weeks depending on the quarter. Registration and payment are required during designated registration periods.
