Classes and Transportation

New Hope offers a wide range of classes on a quarterly schedule, with most sessions running for 6 to 12 weeks.
Courses include a mix of physical, creative, and social activities designed to promote wellness and connection.

Membership Information
Membership is required to register for classes and to participate in all Day Programs.
Starting in January, the annual membership fee is $12.

Regular Day Programming
Runs year-round on Mondays and Wednesdays and is open on a drop-in basis.
Enjoy homemade three-course community lunches, along with exercise and social activities at a nominal price.
Transportation is available for NDG residents who require it.
Once a month, the Regular Day Program hosts a free “Wild Wednesday”, where participants can enjoy a special afternoon activity following lunch.

Extended Day Programming
Takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, featuring a lively mix of physical and artistic courses.
Sessions run 6 to 12 weeks on a quarterly schedule, and registration is required.

Transportation Service
To promote accessibility, transportation is available for NDG residents on Mondays and Wednesdays at a cost of $2 round trip.

Registration opens Tuesday, September 2 at 9:00 AM.
The only way to register is by calling 1-800-613-1732 starting at 9:00 AM on September 2.
