New Hope Senior Citizens’ Centre is a grassroots non-profit community organization serving the senior population of Notre-Dame-de-Grace (N.D.G.).

New Hope aspires to provide a friendly environment where seniors can thrive through a variety of social and community-based services and activities. By promoting access to volunteerism, civic involvement and other services, New Hope aims to break isolation and foster global health of the community, benefiting the overall well-being of the ageing population.

New Hope is open for in person activities. Our schedule is listed on our programming page.  Winter registration will start January 11  starting at 9:30 via phone. To register please call 1 (800) 613 1732 leave a message with the classes you would like to take and we will confirm your registration.

Also note New Hope is open for lunch, Monday and Wednesday at noon starting January 16th. $7.00 for a homecooked three course meal! 

Meals on wheels delivering  hot meals twice a week Tuesday/Thursday. We also deliver frozen meals and homemade frozen soup. If you would like information please call Jenn at 514 484 0425 ex 226 or email her at [email protected]

Please note that for everyone’s safety we are requesting participants to be update with their vaccines to participate in our in person activities.  Masks are required until seated and when moving around the building.
