New Hope offers a wide range of classes on a quarterly schedule.  Most classes run from 6-12 weeks. You must be a member to register for the class and membership fees of $35 are collected on a yearly basis.

To promote accessibility we offer a transport service for $2 round trip Monday and Wednesdays of the week. Please fill out the below form or contact Evita at 514 484 0425 ex 225 [email protected] to for more information and to register for a ride.

TAP DANCE  

Tuesdays 10:00-11:00am

An all levels dance class adaptable for diverse mobilities. Learn basic tap technique and get moving! Tap shoes will be provided however are not required to participate.


TAI CHI beginner

$60 for 10 weeks

A gentle introduction to the Tai Chi practice instructed by Heather MacDow. Tai Chi uses slow and controlled movements, mindfulness and breath. This session will take place in Parc Leduc (directly across from our centre) and indoors should there be rain.


WATERCOLOUR PRACTICE

Tuesdays 12:30-2:30pm

May 7th-July 9th

$10 for 10 weeks

Refine your painting skills by practicing in an encouraging group. Paper is provided but not paint.


Full Circle GARDEN Program

Beginners welcome! Learn about food sustainability by digging in the dirt at our intergenerational garden located on Concordia’s Loyola campus. Gardeners take home a share of the harvest.
